Why we built Success.co
TL;DR: Success.co was born from our team's real-world experience using EOS® to scale Teamwork.com. We've built a modern, deeply integrated platform, shaped by invaluable input from over 30 EOS® implementers. I hope you'll love it!
The story behind the Success.co story
Let’s rewind to 2020. (Don’t worry, this isn’t another COVID story).
One rainy March afternoon, the Teamwork.com crew grabbed our laptops and set up shop at home for what we thought would be a few weeks. At that point, we were three years into our EOS® journey and struggling to find a tool that actually helped us run Level 10 Meetings™ , track Scorecards, and manage our Accountability Chart.
We searched. We tested. We got frustrated.
The EOS® software options out there were either overpriced or missing key integrations we needed like calendar integrations for meetings, syncing L10™ to-dos into Teamwork.com, or a simple mobile app. Having spent over a decade building project management software, we knew there had to be a better way. So we built one.
We called it InstantAgencyTools.com (IAT), a simple EOS® tool to manage our L10™ meetings, rocks, scorecards, and accountability structure. We launched it as a free product to fill the gap between pen & paper or docs & spreadsheets and the more complex EOS® software options. While we weren’t able to secure an official EOS® license at the time, we kept a great relationship with EOS Worldwide’s leadership—and kept improving IAT.

From Vision to Traction
Even without marketing, IAT caught on. Teamwork.com customers running on EOS® started using it. Today, IAT has about 2,500 monthly active users. We collected a ton of valuable feedback and improvement ideas… but being a free tool with limited resources, we couldn’t build everything we wanted.
But we always knew IAT had more potential.
When Peter Coppinger stepped down as Teamwork.com’s CEO in mid-2024, he dove into what he loves: product and EOS®. He started developing on top of IAT. Not long after, he asked me to take the leap from Chief of Staff at Teamwork.com to CEO of Success.co.
That’s when Success.co was born—from our real-world experience using EOS® to scale Teamwork.com, and our belief in modern, intuitive software. We’ve lived it. We believe in it. And we’ve seen the impact firsthand.
It’s wild to think that in just six months, we’ve built a deeply integrated, modern platform, shaped by feedback from over 30 EOS® Implementers. A few weeks ago, I reached out to EOS Worldwide’s Visionary, Mark and Integrator, Kelly, to give the EOS® license agreement another shot. Minutes later, Mark replied with a positive nod. We were blown away by the generosity, support, and openness of the EOS® community.
Two months later, we had a new business set up, a rockstar dev team in place, and a launch plan ready to roll. We even decided to sponsor the 2025 EOS® Worldwide Conference at National Harbor, MD (D.C.), happening April 2-4. And in exactly 7 days, 6 hours, 42 minutes, and 35 seconds, Success.co will go live...
Almost there...
I couldn’t be prouder of this team. Our April 2nd launch deadline? Ambitious. Maybe even ridiculous. But we went for it anyway. And everyone showed up big time.
We’ve had nearly 50 conversations with over 30 EOS® Implementers. We’ve onboarded multiple beta customers. We’ve fine-tuned a lot of detail.
And now? We’re ready.
