To-Dos

To-Dos help you create traction between meetings. This guide shows you how to create, complete, and follow through—driving accountability and keeping everything moving forward.

You can add a to-do directly from your Dashboard by clicking the + button in the My to-dos section.

You can also go to the To-dos option in the sidebar and click the Add to-do button at the top right. If you are adding your first to-do you will also see a prompt in the centre of the screen with an Add to-do button.

You will then see a popup where you can complete the to-do title, description, add a due date, select whether it is a team to-do or private to-do, select a team, the owner of the to-do and the status (to-do, done, not done).

The due date will automatically populate as the date 7 days in the future. This can be edited to any date you choose using the calendar icon.

Copy to multiple people

If you want a to-do to be created for multiple people you can turn the Copy to multiple people toggle on.

You will then be able to select multiple people from the owner dropdown. This creates a copy of the to-do for each person that is unique to them.

Create more

If you would like to create multiple to-dos you can turn the Create more toggle on and this means the popup won't close each time you click the Add to-do button. The to-do popup will reset and you can create your next to-do.

Once you click the Add to do button the to-do will appear in the to-dos list for the team and owners it's been assigned to under the team or private tab.

To add an issue from a to-do, click the three dots on that to-do and select the Raise issue option.

You will then see a popup that automatically has the title of "To-do {title of to-do} is off-track", this can be updated. There is also an optional description to add more information and you can select if this is a short term or long term issue.

The issue automatically gets allocated the status of Discuss from the dropdown. The team and owner of the issue will populate with the person creating the issue on the right hand side, these can be updated to another team or owner if required. You can also allocate the to do a priority level from the dropdown.

Once you click the Add issue button the issue will be added to the short-term or long-term issues list for the team and owner.
